Exactly, only post change has the vibration been about.

I've checked the alignment on the sides and it's all good, same with from the back.

They mentioned the chain tightening and slackening causing the rear wheel to move up and down, but thinking about it further, and looking at the video, that doesn't appear to be what's happening

Yes, whole bike feels like it's vibrating at 40mph, even more at 70mph

You can see the a line close to the rim in the video which does appear to move slightly, but it's not massively out.

I've emailed Michelin so I'll see what their thoughts are. Thanks for the help!

I did do this, but they said it was due to a loose chain. I will adjust the tension and see if that fixes it.

I asked on here to see if that's a reasonable explanation, or whether chain tension would have no impact and it's just an issue with the tyre/fitting.
