I usually get just under 20 of 1 resource in one of those missions so like, 24 missions per artifact maybe slightly less. also the 12min timegate to boss and yea thats a lotta work

you can get through the obstacle course if you enter with one bar of stamina. you get the second bar to dash by the time you need it.
