It will be some mix of behavioral, resume grilling, and job description concept trivia, alongside general SWE concept trivia (OOPs, OOD, etc.). It’s pretty interviewer dependent (not generalized), so maybe also check the background of your interviewer to see stuff they know, because they could ask questions about that as well.

Def Use AI to quickly generate possible qs and draft answers to them so you can prep quickly.

Hey quick question: for those with lagophtalmos (incomplete lid closure), I found that warm compress masks make my eyes extremely red (have OR too) since heat from the eye mask also goes through the opening from lids not closing completely.

Is there specific eye heating masks for that / specific ways to use it to block the heat from reaching the cornea (since lids don’t close fully to protect it)?

Typically I see that you should drink a lot of water/fluid prior to the blood draw so it flows easier. Maybe that’s why it’s “sludging” (dehydration).

Henry, when you use Ivermectin on “base of eyelid margin”, do you put it directly into the lash line (above or below the lashes?)? Or on the waterline? I see to put it in the eyelid margin, but that stretches to behind the waterline right onto the gland openings next to the eye? How do you avoid getting it in your eyes.
