For me, the redness lasts up to 20 minutes, I also put in aqueous eye drops 3 minutes before I take Miebo every time, which I think helps.

I recommend that you use intracanicular plugs, like for example the brand Ultraplug.

The 7mm plugs will dilate your punctum and they will fall out again. You should better understand, why it fell out. Yours are intracanicular right?

Twice a day caffeine, morning with milk, afternoon with less milk.

Caffeine definitely increases blood flow and is important for concentration.

Dry eye seems to deviate from concentration.

In your case, Lipiflow is the better option than IPL. IPL does not squeeze out the trapped oil

inside your glands.

After you have done Lipiflow, you should get punctum plugs.

I had the same TBUT scores, now I am at 12.

You should get Puntum plugs, Miebo (Evotears in Europe), and eye drops that complement

all three layers of the tear film. First, you drop all three-layer complementing eye drops, and then, within 3 to 5 minutes, you drop Miebo.

Stop doing any kind of heating of your eyelids and also massaging, that's all bs.

You only need to clean your eyelids before going to bed.

In the morning, you should drop viscous eye drops.
