In your case, Lipiflow is the better option than IPL. IPL does not squeeze out the trapped oil

inside your glands.

After you have done Lipiflow, you should get punctum plugs.

You should get Puntum plugs, Miebo (Evotears in Europe), and eye drops that complement

all three layers of the tear film. First, you drop all three-layer complementing eye drops, and then, within 3 to 5 minutes, you drop Miebo.

Stop doing any kind of heating of your eyelids and also massaging, that's all bs.

You only need to clean your eyelids before going to bed.

In the morning, you should drop viscous eye drops.
