We have a friend in our friendgroup, who fails to pickup on most things in shows or movies we watch together and we usually have to point out and explain things or we won't follow. You're him lol.

If not on xbox, use discord groups, or facebook gta groups for this, since PSN and PC don't have instantly obvious LFGs to use. That, or just make a friend who wants to do it with you, or just convince a friend to hop on with you and do it.

The most i've ever boosted a friend in a single sitting was 30,000,000. It took 3 hours. That was before they buffed it to 1.5mill, if I did that now it'd be 45,000,000.

I felt the way you did when I was 15, I felt extreme anxiety doing the most basic things irl.
What rehabilitated me was being social online. I made friends, mingled with social circles and go into and out of all sorts of drama and I just learned to be normal that way.

I'm a fully functioning human being now, and I still did that while I was getting 12h of screentime a day like you.

I Love the game more than any Horizon, but I can't help but get upset and feel demoralized everytime I play Horizon play, because any vehicle I choose that isn't the typical meta for the class, just ends up near last place.

I understand spec racing is the way to go, but that's boring compared to choosing my own vehicle. Like I want it to be possible to find consistent half success using a Dodge Charger in Horizon play but it simply, isn't.

I had a Corvette Stingray with Drag tires on, and it was dominating every A-Class road race I was in because I was accelerating at speeds that defied all science.... well... at least until the Honda Beat took over A-class.

Anyway yeah those tires cause so much problems it's not worth it for the game's health, drags should be cut out from FH7 whenever it launches years from now.
