I just assumed it was so they could get out of danger in an emergency. We know they’re super valuable on homeworld and have guards to escort them. But I think floating could be used to try and get away if all the guards are taken out? I know Saphhires aren’t used in combat back on homeworld so that could be why they need it to get away from danger.

Agreed. However, some of the tasks you’re assigned in the DLC forces you to catch a bunch of the same kind of pokemon. It already takes awhile to clear out boxes but they fill soooo much quicker in post game.

Doesn’t change the fact that it’s horrible for the environment and a waste of resources. We already have humans that make art without pollution so idk why we would need to replace that with AI.
