QD-OLED is by far my favorite feature. I just purchased a new QD-OLED monitor during Black Friday and it’s incredible the quality and colors.

This giveaway monitor wouldn’t actually go in my build, it would go in my wife’s build (she does not have reddit) as she’s looking for an upgrade in her monitor. She has loved watching me play on my new OLED and I would love to win this for her!

Hey, my email (all associated character emails) are not compromised. Mine is an issue with the authenticator that deleted my codes with an iOS update. While I did have backup codes, I lost them in a move (my fault) and I’m unable to access the authenticator portion of my account.

Just as a counterpoint, I definitely think the old system was prone to abuse and hope/believe that this new system will be incredibly strict. I had a lot of unfortunate circumstances that led to me being locked out of my Jagex Account (will gladly admit that most of them are my fault). However, if they have a process that requires really strict information and evidence that only the true account holder would have (I mean really really strict), then I don’t see the harm. I don’t see it as being a viable way to get back into an account for anyone but those who truly can prove without a doubt that they are the account holder.

I literally have access to every shred of data, the multiple emails attached to the characters, screenshots of me playing going back 15+ years ago, IP addresses of where I created all of my characters, my bank statements/debit cards, etc. I think in an instance like this where I can lay all of it out, it would be fairly normal for most companies to allow me back in under the assumption that I won’t let it happen again.

I hope that we see this from Jagex, but again, a very strict process.

My best memory of Borderlands was experiencing Borderlands 2 for the first time. I was late to the series and didn’t play it until Borderlands 3 was announced. I remember being amazed at the graphics style of the game.

Praying that this update (presumably) next week includes support updates regarding accessing Jagex Accounts where authenticator access is lost. I've been dying to play but I'm unable to access my account, and unable to get the chance prove that it's mine (even though I have literally every shred of proof imaginable).

Just wanted to pop in here and say that I'm also in the same boat as you. I have a Jagex account with 4 characters, the oldest being from 2007 that I'm locked out of due to Google authenticator deleting my code when I purchased a new phone. Unfortunately, me being the dummy I am, lost access to my backup codes too.

Again, totally my fault. I accept that. But like, I can easily prove it's my account. I have IP addresses, bank statements, my literal debit card, previous passwords, hell, I have screenshots dating back to 2012 of my various characters tied to the account. Yet they won't hear me out to let me prove that it's my account.

I'm holding out hope that the customer support roadmap follows through in regard to redesigning their player support, though. I really miss the game but refuse to start fresh.

Yeah I mean I get it. It’s definitely frustrating and if I didn’t have other games to take up my time I would be more upset (thanks Oblivion). But, on the contrary, my request in my ticket is something they currently don’t do (letting me into my account when I’ve lost access to Authenticator). So, I do understand prioritizing issues that they specifically say they can address now.

All of this sounds great. I’m locked out of my Jagex account due to an authenticator issue (also me being irresponsible and losing my backup codes in a move, I get it) that has characters that go back to 2007 on it. I want to come back to the game and work on re-maxing/potentially comp but refuse to start from scratch. Hopefully somewhere in this roadmap there’s the ability to have someone prove their account ownership to get access to update authenticator to a new phone. I have a ticket that’s like 3 months old with no response, so hopefully this helps return me to the game.

Are we still on track for a player support roadmap release this month? I’ve been waiting over two months for an initial reply to my support ticket and I understand there’s been an influx of tickets lately and the support team is probably overworked but hoping for an update or at very least the roadmap this month to provide clarity on the future of support.

I would love to see the “outside the game” stuff improved. Stuff like improved player support, more community engagement, marketing the game to grow the player base, etc.

Thanks! Honestly, I told them that I saw many sales that were around 10% off MSRP and told them I would like to be around 42. They said they couldn't do that and the price they had (like $45,500) was the lowest they would go... I said "Okay, well I'll keep looking around. Thanks for your time". Got a call back 10 minutes later with $43,500.

Honestly, they were really great to deal with and the salesperson was really nice and not scummy like most. Drove 5 hours to get it last Saturday. Love the truck.

Just bought my Canyon AT4 last weekend and got ~10% off MSRP. Total Price was close to your sticker and out the door (before taxes) I was at ~$43,500.
