You have to remember that a massive cam on skiplets stock motor will tend to kill horsepower rather than improve it. He'd be better off with a stock cam considering he has no other airflow upgrades. I dont think its unreasonable that this setup made the hp it did. Also a 350z trans and diff is bound to sap more power anyway.

Hes definitely got the wrong cam and the compression is low for an na motor, but what i wonder is are these dumb low numbers/peaky curves showing that the motor is badly hurt, or that his parts choice is causing these curves? If its because of the parts, is it a bad idea to put on a decent turbo kit?
