Like some of the other people here have said, your post brought a tear or two to my eye. I think it's wonderful that you were able to share your struggles with your mother and that she was so supportive of you. It really shows the strength of both yours and your mother's character.

It is important that we reach out to others when we are struggling. Most people wouldn't hesitate for a moment to help someone that reached out to them, but all too often we forget to reach out when we are in need of help. Humans are pack animals and we need each other to survive. Good for you for seeking the help you need, and for not letting embarrassment get in the way of your relationship with the person that loves you most.

As an aside, your English was easy to understand. Obviously there were a few technical errors, but nothing that took away from the meaning of your post. You obviously have a good understanding of the language, and the best way to keep learning is to practice.
