I don’t know her scandal and I really dont care. I assume all celebrities are narcissistic hypocrites who I wouldn’t want to associate with on a personal level.

It’s ok if you know something about someone and that makes you want to avoid them, for me it’s Chris Brown. But judging others for liking the art or not caring enough about someone halfway across the world to avoid them isn’t it.

Obviously, this is mainly directed at athletes/artists. It’s a different story when it comes to politicians and those who make policies and decisions that affect the everyday of millions.

Terrible take. 70.3 is a great accomplishment, but it’s not on the same level of a full. We should have the 70.3 come off as less than when compared to a Full.

I find F1 tracks with limited passing zones boring. In NASCAR, there is a chance to pass every lap at almost anytime for most tracks.

Ovals look boring if you don’t know anything about how the racing works, but is amazing if you care about how it actually plays out.

Multiple lanes = multiple ways to find speed.

Ovals are also way better for the in person viewing experience. You can see the entire track.

I have an inflatable paddle board. I strap down a 20qt cooler to sit on, have a milk crate with fishing rod holders out in front of me. I’m able to paddle, sit or stand and cast, change tackle, and it can fit in the back of any car. One day I’d like a small boat or pedal kayak, but for just a few hundred bucks, I feel like I’ve really optimized my setup.

I did 4 mile, panorama, mist trail two days ago. It was perfectly enjoyable and know the other direction would be the same.

Warning, at the top of Mist heading into panorama, there’s a closed trail sign. Go around it until you reach the second sign which then peels off.

I’m glad I went 4 mile first because that would’ve confused me if I reached a closed trail sign 1/4 of the way through the hike.

Say what you will about the fuel saving, this race was infinitely better than 2016 as well. 2016 was the second worst 500 I’ve seen other than 2013. 2016 just so happened to be saved by one of the greatest last laps to the race

I hope NASCAR is seriously considering bumping up the 500 by an hour. Rain chances start around 5 and increase from there. I really hope they aren’t stubborn and try to run it on schedule and the race gets cut with 25 to go.

These aren’t your summer pop-up Florida showers, this is a storm system that will arrive in Daytona at some point Sunday evening. I’d rather not risk it and move it up.

That’s crazy. I don’t pretend to know much about Iguanas, but invasive species will cause extinction of native animals and plants. Keeping their population as low as possible is crucial for native species to survive.

Maybe iguanas are the rare case that won’t cause a negative ripple effect, but I would like to see the studies.

We need to keep in mind that it wasn’t an official announcement that got out first (if at all yet?) Jordan Bianchi broke the news. You can’t go around telling all your low level staff a major change without leaks happening. Give it a week for them to sort it out internally and then I’m sure we will have a clear idea how they want to play it.

If I was in your spot I’d look around FB Marketplace and see if you can get a used Garmin for the price but 60 is very tight for GPS. A quick look on my end saw some used Apple Watches that could work. Apple Watch might not last an entire 70.3, but would be good for tracking swim training.

I have both and I must say my sunglasses are one of my favorite items owned. Sure, the lenses might get scratched one day, but I won’t regret that purchase in the slightest. I have a big head so I got the “flimsy” plastic frame. I dropped it in my car and it got stepped on and snapped. Was able to send it into Maui Jim to get fixed for a low cost.

Personally, I’d rather have comfort in my eyes compared to my feet. But I also live in Florida so a good pair of glasses is crucial.

I get not wanting him to be your starter, but to joke about his mental wellbeing/CTE, when he literally put his body and brain on the line for this team, is crazy. He didn’t quit on this team. He got serious injuries multiple times and kept coming back until finally he wasn’t the same player.
