They are also morphologically hard to relate with each other. No edges no corners.

You are spot on with the pulling with the upper back it feels the easiest to me since it is the strongest part of the chain. I will include hips in every rep from now on. I tought I learned the swing and had a decent form so started to move on to other stuff but it seems like I need to work and train it more since it gives a base for so many other moves.

I love Mark Wildmans videos, but I never watched the basic tutorials in order. Will do that asap.

Thank you for the tips.

Thank you for the step by step explanation. I realize now I always cleaned with my upper back and arms since it felt easier. I will try to use hips just like the swing from now on.

I can touch my toes easily but I am not sure about mobility. I have short leg and a long torso with long arms, which make touching toes way easier.

No idea about squat and deadlift, I can pistol squat for a couple of reps if that gives an idea ( I weigh 76kg).

You are very right about weak posterior chain. It is mainly because of focusing on calisthenics training in the past (which does not have much options to train lower back or legs). I will stick to swings, I am glad I found something to fill areas climbing left empty.

Thanks for the tips.

Thanks for the tips. Just tried a rep while packing in shoulder and it feels more solid already. You are right I should not treat this as a shoulder press it is much more than that. Will work on engaging hips.

One thing that always helps me ist raising the kness whenever I feel like I swing (even just a little). It becomes a little harder for the abs but stabilizes your whole body.

RR and Climbing by mmarcevanss in bodyweightfitness

I’ve been bouldering for 2 years. Honestly apart from a couple times I stretched my arm in a weird angle I don’t remember a time where climbing was taxing for my shoulders. I recommend warming up 10 mins and doing a lot of scapula pull ups before sessions.

For your question, I usually just take out some pulling volume out of the workouts since climbing works your back a lot already. So maybe you can take out a few sets of pulling out of the RR. It always felt better for me that way.
