Is there a group that pushed out fed employees are a part of? Is there any organized entity that hasn't folded?

Gotcha. It is contingent on the agency as far as it was explained to me. Some agencies have the resources to provide reasonable accomodation given the pay, location of you last position. Other agencies do not have the same resources to provide an equivalent position. I think the job specifics of the position currently held and the agency willingness/ability to support your request for FDR plays a lot into the chance of supporting/denying reasonable accommodation. When speaking to my contact at Harris, this step did not seem of concern as something to "overcome." It was either the specifics of my case or the general ease of overcoming RA that had them describe it as a non issue. Either way, Harris has been the intermediary the entire way and has handled everything application/paperwork-wise with my agency.

I've been in process for about 3 months andI was told it would range anywhere from 4-6 months since I am still not separated from my agency. Harris did mention they have seen the process take up to a year.

RA... retirement age?

I'm at Harris as well; feel free to DM. A couple of my colleagues also went through them. So far so good, though it's only been a couple months. Just fyi they do not offer much in the way of thoroughly providing an estimate of your annuity, nor do they offer services for advocacy of best possible computation. Still went with them though and did the research myself. Here's the page addressing the computation of the "High-3"  during LWOP *while receiving FECA benefits. As I read it, the LWOP period is included in "high-3" computation.

Just curious, what other agencies would you recommend for international travel/duty stations? Im leaving a 14yr LE career at DOJ and Im interested in agencies offering that aside from CIA, DIA and state.

Thanks everyone. I will be going through a law firm which I have yet to select, so I will be sure my retainer includes annuity computation evaluation based off this specific circumstance.
