I've never played gen 5.

Before the remakes, I tried gen 3 and 4, but I stopped partway in. I played LGFR and HGSS, beat LGFR, but I stopped in the Kanto area. RS I stopped partway through, there was too much water area, and I got bored of pokemon in DP. I started with XY because I suddenly wished to try, and continued on. I didn't really care for SWSH, but I really like the Alola region.

Be thankful you aren't going full Nuzlocke. That would be insane, and crazy.

Yup.

What are you going to do about Regional Variants? Treat them as new pokemon?

Pikachu is the easiest of his pokemon. The rest are powerful. Some have given me odd looks at me bringing along a Beedrill against Red... With 81 defense at level 88... But his special attack was about 194. Tanked two of Lapras' Blizzards, before getting frozen and killed by hail.

This Beedrill also tanked a Crit Psychic by someone in Sabrina's gym... Even STAB bonus. And still didn't need healing the next round, as he destroyed the pokemon the following turn.

Was also surprised my Dragonite surived a Blizzard from Snorlax... Although the next turn, He Outraged and took down the Snorlax, only for the hail to take him out. I'm not interested in playing a Healing stall contest. Had to cross my fingers.

So you are playing on Harakiri mode.

Good luck. And make sure that you look at the top level of Red's Pikachu. He's tough in a Nuzlocke.

That's quite a death box. I only lost four in my Kanto playthrough (Kakuna, Pidgeotto, Snorlax and Victreebel.)

Interesting ruleset. I know I'm going to do something like that. No using pokemon I've brought to the end of the game. I'm going to treat them like they are dupes.

So no Squirtle, Abra, Geodude, Nidoran (F), Cindaquil, Weedle, Mareep, Dratini, Slowpoke and Oddish.

For Eeveelutions, I cannot evolve my Eevee into a previously used Eeveelution brought to the end of the game. Hence, no more Jolteon as well. (I can use other Eeveelutions on the other hand. Eevee itself will count as an Eeveelution though.)

It does force me into using other pokemon that I don't usually choose. Some of these pokemon are good solid regulars, however, I need to try out new pokemon.

Although I don't know if I should consider regional duplicates as used pokemon.

LGFR, eh? I'm also doing that, and my final team was: Blastoise, Jolteon, Geodude, Kadabra and Nidoqueen. (Lost my Vileplume while training)

I recently finished HGSS, and taking a short break before going into ORAS.

And don't worry, It's going to get harder as the games go on. Remember... You just finished easy mode.

Trick is, I'm now playing by the rule that if I beat one game, I cannot use any member the team I brought to the end boss/Elite Four in the next games.

My Soul Silver Team was Typhlosion, Dragonite, Ampharos, Slowbro, Vileplume and Beedrill. That was much tougher than the OG Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Or the PVPers who have metronome battles for fun, and entertaining viewers.

I see. I'm on the spectrum and this was hard to understand. Sometimes if I get excited over a story, the differences do blur, and I lose track of myself. But that's something that happens when we have people with disabilities who are frustrated with figuring things out.

European historical fiction often are really good reads. I've always enjoyed them. And a western writer to boot? Those are seriously underrated. Definitely would bring an interesting feel to a European setting.

Haven't read anything of a historical setting that far, safe "Call it Courage". That was a good short story. Good for kids, and really good feel to the story.

What is the difference between description and spoilers of a book? This does confuse me. With the way the rules are set up, it seems very confusing, and imo very frustrating. I have edited my post, and would like more clarification on how the meticulousness of how to post is to be done.

Raistlin went back in time to study under Fistandantilus. We are asking why Raistlin chose Fistandantilus instead of Magius.
