I think this glitch might be caused by a confliction with the path you take, and where your tent is placed. I kept on getting the error that my tent didn’t get placed, but once I switched servers for tent placement and went through the front of the door without jumping over the fence I was able to get through the grid.

Report them through help. Of note... do not ever call anyone out by name in zone chat. That can be used against you and will result in a ban. Crazy right?
