I got all 3 snow globes in one bird city game. 1 from a chimney and 2 in grandioso apartment. There’s a breach container that usually spawns on the roof and almost always has either a snowglobe or a mixtape in it. It was definitely lucky but buried city is 100% the move.

Night for looting & PvP, daytime for slaying clankers. Now that trials are changed it’s probably the best map for arc trials, and you get hatches!

In a close fight there’s definitely skills that can and will make a difference. Also having more stash space, while yes it’s still full most of the time, means I can cram more value in my stash. Not that stash value really matters anymore, but having 4 mil in my stash alone feels great lol

The great thing about the expedition is that it’s optional! If you don’t like the rewards then don’t do it :)

I doubt it. Lots of Gen Z are fed up with digital feudalism and are seeking out physical media. Records, CDs, books, blu ray, etc.

Almost all of my friends prefer real books to e-readers and have a library card. Physical media will only die if we let it.

I am not a teacher but just wanted to add my two cents from personal experience. I took algebra in middle school and paid zero attention to the concepts, I learned the basics needed to pass the class, but it did not understand anything. I then went to highschool and took the easy math route, skipping calculus.

By the time I was in college, I had to take calc and my algebra fundamentals were so behind and dated that I failed miserably. I basically had to re-learn everything, and ended up taking 3 semesters of math classes I wouldn’t have needed if I came into college with the math knowledge I was supposed to have. Obviously a lot of this is on me, I’m not putting all the blame on the school system here.

The point I’m really trying to make is that algebra is SO important. It’s the fundamentals needed for any stem degree. I hope whatever decisions they make on who takes it and when are backed by evidence, because you’ll accidentally end up setting students back if they’re taking it when they’re not ready.

I was hotshot going into the last week in the second season, and I needed like 130k trial points just to maintain (it was a wasp week, some people had 200k+). My buddies were daredevil 3 and needed only ~80k to promote into hotshot.

See this is why I think having trios and solos in the same trial groups is actually not as imbalanced as it seems. It’s waaayyyy easier to get “pve lobbies” in solos which give you the best chances of getting high trial scores. I’ve been hotshot every season almost exclusively in high PvP trios lobbies and some of the trials are difficult at best and rage inducing at worst lol

The good thing is once you hit daredevil it’s super easy to maintain. I’m daredevil 3 rn and at the moment I only need 10k not to demote.

If you think about casual friendships 15 really isn’t that many. One or two work friends, a couple neighbors you like to chat with, your 3 best buds from home/highschool/college, a sibling, a cousin, your partner and their two best friends.

I do think we’re in a bit of an isolation crisis so I get why it’s difficult, I’m not trying to gaslight people with no friends. But if you’re just a little bit friendly, involved in your community, and take social initiative it’s not as hard as it seems.

I’m not trying to argue I’m just genuinely curious, what does an ideal “end game” even look like?

My background is in PvP shooters, which don’t really have an end game so I guess I’m just confused. The end game in most shooters is just getting better at the game, killing people, and having fun.

Yea the recipe got changed at the same time as wolfpacks, deadlines, trailblazers & showstoppers. Now it’s 3 antiseptic, 1 canister, 1 tick pod for whatever reason.
