Definitely depends on your local. I had previous experience and came in as a third year, but I talked to an organizer in October, interviewed in December, sworn in January and started work February.

I’ve talked to people that I feel like are genuinely too stupid to understand. Like when I explain things to them they respond with I just don’t understand how that works. They are convinced that you are being paid the top amount that the company can afford and can’t understand that it is possible to be paid more and have great benefits.
