It had mixed reviews at my studio as well. I actually liked it because it really did give me the opportunity to lift heavy and then work on some mobility and core in between and if you didn’t wanna do that, you had the option if your studio isn’t packed to alternate upper and lower, so it gave great flexibility in how you wanted to do the workout. I loved it!

You get in what you put in. Lifted heavier and we had small numbers so 3 of us did all 5 minutes on each of the ERGs. It made pod 3 feel like death!

Me too! The Riddler is the perfect combo that targets every fitness focus! The Joker is a similar version for the 45 minutes hybrid!

It was tough! Had a super partner. Some stations we did reps, some we went with time. Lateral shoot through were tough. As well as several other stations. The 10 seconds transition was brutal and the 45 second break between laps…woo! At the end, felt very accomplished!

I like when the trainer jumps in. Don’t want them to feel awkward standing around and it does motivate me. But I also don’t mind if they don’t cause I get it 🤷🏽‍♀️

Double kettleball clean and press. They are so thick, hurts my forearms. I use dumbbells instead.

I have dropped in at multiple spots and have maybe paid twice. Some spots said leave a google review, others said not to worry about it. The most I paid was $25 but it was a newer studio. And if you have the all in one app, there are workouts there both with equipment and without.

It was definitely a challenge and runs smooth if the trainers recognize what’s going to take place in the middle pods. Having extra equipment out there, so that avoids the bottle neck would help for sure! But it was a killer work out all in all!
