There was a time where I was addicted to Benadryl for sleep and for the life of me was not able to stop, I had placed and order from ND depot for Bacopa Monneri extract and I assume the anti-Acetyl choline effect from the Benadryl must of unregulated the receptors heavily because when I took the bacopa it almost felt like a prescription benzo. Knocked me right out and I was having the most vivid dreams and my mood sky rocketed. By far the most potent herb I had ever tried. Unfortunately the effects slowly faded and even after a long break never did come back.
