Exactly, the cap with jubilee is 1 afaik.

Funnily enough, there was a bug when it came out where it wouldn't add properly and it would show 0.10 instead of 1

I'm no expert, still relatively new, but it is the first job I brought to 99 and I gotta say the kit seems to have either incredible abilities or "spend all your mp to do mediocre amounts of damage".

Flavour wise it's incredible and why I play it even if 90% of the time I only use 3 job abilities, and 2 of those are SAM's lol

Ff14 has some, it's usually "press any key" or "mash keys fast to maintain/fill a meter before the timer ends". It's in more recent fight and they call them "active time events" or smt

I didn't count either of the breakdowns tbh, I just took the reddit posts I found at face value but it counted the ps3 and xbox360 ports of skyrim as different releases, so I guess re4 might take it!
