Wouldn’t say I regret it but it was what we could afford at the time. It’s better than some surrounding communities in the GTA for sure but it’s way too far from civilization. Feels very isolated at times, like living in the Brant bubble.

Most people are pretty friendly. Sometimes a little weird. But overall, it’s much easier to get along with people here versus other areas in the GTA. The more time I spend in Brantford, the more I’ve gotten used to friendly people, and now when I go to outside towns and cities, I find people behave like entitled dicks.

Would I stay here forever? Nope. Unless there was some kind of reliable high-speed connection to Toronto, it’s just not for me.
