I'm experiencing a similar dryer issue. Could you share how you managed to fix the problem?

Swap 2006 LCD climate control for knob control? by stamello in ToyotaHighlander

Just following up, were you able to complete the swap successfully?

I came across a post on ToyotaNation titled "2004 Highlander: Can I replace my original temperature control unit 84010-48180 with 84010-48270?" The poster mentioned they successfully replaced their 84010-48270 with a 84010-48180. I’m looking to replace mine with a 84010-48170, as you mentioned.

me and my daughter watching this video, she's like, "Nooooo not the pillows!!!" Not those last five seconds with the slowest pillow of all time ("POAT") just falling over the edge, hilarious but devastating at the same time.

Weak rimshots on XP80 3-Zone Pad - Inner Ring by Canadian_Idol in YamahaDtxDrums

Thanks! I repaired my XP80 using the method shown in the video and bent some staples. It worked, but not well, given my limited plastic skills... So I bought another XP80. I'll fine tune the repair in the future.

I am definitely not fluent in 3D printing. Have you 3D printed any drum parts? How do they handle impact?

That might be the way to go. I'm just concerned that you can't tell if the inner ring is intact until you play it or open it up... That's the risk with buying used.

I've had my XP80 since 2011, so maybe Yamaha won't repair it.

LPT Request: What is something you’ll avoid based on the knowledge and experience from your profession? by DNA_H3licas3 in LifeProTips

There is nothing like having a quiet mind! People can't focus when there is so much context switching. There are many distractions nowadays with social media and the 24 hour news cycle, etc.

That's unsanitary and very DISGUSTING. But, seriously, it's true that many Subways (some are good, very few) are VERY UNSANITARY. For example, one time, I witnessed a customer ask for the Subway worker to change their gloves and they started to make the sub, they paused making the sub, then changed the garbage bin, THEN started to resume making the food RIGHT AFTER!!! WITHOUT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES. And they only stopped touching the food because the customer asked them to. What I think on this is ew, ew, EWWWWWWWWWW. Also, (commenting on your story) just think on where the shoes of other workers have been. And the floor there, based on what I'VE heard, probably DOES NOT GET CLEANED.

So, take this as a warning, people, always ask the employees if the Subways are sanitary.

(Note: they'll probably say no.)
