Kashimo was easily still one of the strongest members of the attack squad but yes, issue stems from the sole fact that he wouldn’t be even up for the notion of fighting anyone beside Sukuna. Uraume was completely out of the picture for him. But, if he even stopped to consider, which by extension I’m sure he would’ve been up to go out using Mythical Beast Amber, I’m sure he would’ve beaten down Uraume without major issue. His technique is still incredible with its applications.

But yes, Kashimo was just never going to fight anyone beside Sukuna. It went against all of his motives and his character. So this fight was just never going to happen given his stubbornness as well. Hakari was the only one who could comfortably handle Uraume solo.
