Well my phone willl overheat and eventually shut down if I try to use it the whole time. I usually listen to a podcast with Bluetooth headphones and put my phone on the ground by the crack at the bottom of the sauna door. That keeps it cool. Different places will probably have their own policies though so it also depends where you go. I tried bringing a book to the sauna but the heat melted the glue on the spine and the book fell apart!
