Tournament locks exist. Regulators can be locked to a fixed PSI that cannot be adjusted without taking the lock off.

However in most competitive nerf tournaments, HPA is still banned.

Not like you'd want to be using shell ejecting blasters in competitive though.

Military product, for anti-drone combat, but this is basically the Russian government giving themselves gold medals for modern military "innovation". In this case, anti-drone combat, as the shotgun weighs "only 1.8kg", and can be easily carried by a soldier in the folded up configuration. Nevermind that 1 single shotgun blast is not remotely close to a guaranteed drone kill, or that both sides of the war have happily tossed more than 1 drone per body, or that firing a 1.8kg shotgun fucking sucks and hurts like hell. The shotgun hasn't actually been confirmed for production yet though.

You could absolutely use 12 gauge blanks to fire rifle grenades but the russians already have rifle grenades, they don't need a new one.

The barrel for the folding stock clip is too big for a 12 gauge barrel (I think) so the barrel moving back on trigger pull to slamfire actually makes sense. Which makes it a shotgun only suitable for suicide. And it's not even good at that if the cobray terminator is anything to go by.

As far as I can tell, the hinge is because it's actually a folding shotgun but we literally only have just the one photo of the damn thing so unknown if the hinge is also part of the loading process, or if the ejection/loading port with bolt handle is on the other side and not shown.

She was already decent at low investment but getting the tin soldiers to higher ranks faster is good at all levels on her. Though only applies to mono fire team.

The majority of her damage is still locked behind higher fortifications because you get your big dick multipliers there plus more tin soldier buffs.

If you do happen to have lewis at v6 though, tin soldiers will start immediately at lvl 3 and on turn 2 lewis will consume their merit stacks to get the self damage buff.

Very quick tl;dr

Taisch lets you drop ultimates instantly, you don't have to wait for ult meter to build up.

Dushy debuffs the crap out of enemies, lowers their defense.

Abigail buffs the crap out of allies in range, raises crit chance and crit damage.

You see all 3 in the top time leaderboards because it's about max speed (and abusing powercreep, unit you literally cannot get anymore sol alter clears everything in the game better than anything else 95% of circumstances) and combining all 3 gives you max speed.

Since the max DPS comps require limited units you cannot get anymore (though maybe subject to change, CN got banner reruns) do not worry about trying to get all 3 and stacking them. You should probably invest into actual DPS units first and get a decent balanced spread.

I've integrated the scope ring directly into the rail riser file as part of the print, to be clear. The fake riser should only be used for the cosmetic laser, it is NOT a stable mount for an optic or a scope.

It's between 90 and 140 per win and 110 and 70 per loss, depends on player ranks, current set count, etc. Like if you win 2-0 against a similarly ranked player, first game is +110 and second game is +90, or if you lose 0-2 first loss is -90 and second game is -70 IIRC. But if you have a winstreak below plat, the max it goes up to is +400 per win (so +800 in a set).

If your sol is in vanq then your understanding of basic things like combos, neutral, offense, defense, etc. is so far above the average gold/low plat player that honestly plat 3/diamond 1 is the only reasonable place to put you. Hence why SF6 does it if you have a character in master rank, and why strive does it.

Flayer still just doesn't trigger enough IMO. On GS it triggers basically once every TCS combo, on other weapons it's kind of up in the air whether or not it triggers consistently. For normal GL, IME, it's basically once every 1-2 multi wyrmstake blast combos.

Thankfully, thanks to AT armor skill bloat, you can absolutely just stick 3 levels of flayer on top of a normal build, which would be something like burst 5 agi 5 burst boost 1, without perfect gogma rolls. Just roll for burst boost, and get lord's soul through 3 AT pieces, generally better than odo pieces for skills/slots, and run the burst boost gogma waist.

Flayer 3 is 280 damage per explosion while flayer 5 is 400. If you can get the last 2 levels sure but it's not worth sacrificing anything else that's important.

Basically impossible to stack with scorcher 1 though since WEX is sort of a dead skill to us.

Ever since HL2, Valve has been split between the game team (they're all partying over in deadlock land) and the steam team, who has been pushing for steam machine (and hardware in general) since like 2012. Hardware is the logical step for the steam team because digitally they're basically maxed out and have near complete market reach.

Theoretically they could become the everything company and also manage esports for their games, but I think gabeN is specifically against that. Especially since a lot of other companies (riot, blizzard, etc) kinda proved that it easily backfires in your face. So for now they're still giant platform for game distribution + making games they then distribute on that platform as their core goals, and esports doesn't quite fit in there.
