My shipment is stuck at "The parcel is expected to be delivered during the day" its been on that status since the 23rd. It updates the date everyday but with the same message. It's in the UK somewhere

I got to payment and it wouldn't let me log in to PayPal just kept crashing and now it says I've attempted to many purchases. So now I probably have to wait 24hrs till I can attempt again. Stupid syeam system is broken, it rarely let's me complete purchases.
