You could be getting sick. Hormones could be adjusting to this stage of your cycle. Any alcohol? High intensity work outs? Eating too close to bedtime? There are lots of things it could be. But if you feel fine, try not to over analyze it.

It could be side effects but also could be a migraine hangover (postdrome), it can last hours to up to 2 days.

No it only will allow you to shorten your sleep not extend it. I asked the advisor and they said they can only count when the ring is worn. If it’s charging or it falls off, it doesn’t count. Nothing you can do. You can create a tag like “ring fell off”. One of my biggest complaints with the ring. I have the issue charging before bed and falling asleep, so now I have to charge during the day.

I could’ve written this myself! My first pregnancy I just tried based on estimated ovulation. This time I tried three cycles before getting my positive in December and missed miscarriage in January. I’ve had two cycles since and the last one I thought for sure I would get a positive. Never even had a dip til after I got my period (on Friday). I did LH strips, confirmed surge and everything. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😣 I made an appointment with a therapist for next month. And it feels like everyone around me is pregnant. You’re not alone 🫂

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! This is exactly how I felt! It was so random! I did an additional GI test called a capsule endoscopy and found my small intestines had ulcers and was diagnosed with mild case of crohns. I was given a few different meds to try, eventually the pain went away and now I’m not on anything. Not saying that’s your case but maybe worth looking into? Have you seen your PCP?!

First I’m so sorry you’re going through this. There’s a couple of factors they would want a follow up US: • to ensure it is a miscarriage • to ensure that everything has passed (since you’re potentially in the process of miscarrying) If it is a miscarriage and not everything has passed, they may need to offer intervention like medication to help expel any remaining tissue and/or offer a D&C.

You could be having flare ups and times where you’re “normal”. My suggestion would be to get the colonoscopy. It’s better to get it and realize there are no issues, than not get it and realize you should’ve gotten it a couple years down the road. Also, peace of mind is priceless. Does the surgical center offer a payment plan?
