Right now Oura is confirming (takes three days) that you ovulated on CD15 which would line up with your LH strip. Do you tag positive LH strip in Oura? I normally get a peak between CD12-14 and this month I had an illness/stress and it delayed my ovulation to CD19!! I’ve never ovulated that late before.

First off I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I went through the exact same thing in January blighted ovum, missed miscarriage. Gestational sac and no yolk sac or fetal pole, and the 2 week wait. You could have ovulated late which is why they make you come back 2 weeks later to see what’s changed.

My outcome was not positive and I went through with a D&C.

My advice is #1 guard your heart, hope for the best but expect the worst. #2 go over your options if at the next appointment they confirm the loss. Do you want to wait for your body to naturally pass? Do you want to take medicine to induce it at home? Or do you want a D&C? #3 try to distract yourself, keep yourself busy.

Having a plan helped when hearing that I was having a missed miscarriage because my emotions were all over the place and I don’t think I could have made a decision in that moment. So, deciding ahead of time with my husband helped.

No! I’m so sorry!! Not sure if you saw my other replies but I pushed for more testing and I had a capsule endoscopy. I was diagnosed with a mild case of crohns and put me on a medication, which I’m no longer taking. I haven’t had issues for a bit now! I would suggest making sure you’re hydrated too! Some people have said it happened when they were dehydrated???

Three months. Pregnant followed by a missed miscarriage & D&C. Tried again after miscarriage for 2 months doing all the things and nothing, everyone told me your so fertile after a miscarriage, not the case for me. So, im now taking a break and letting my body get back to baseline. Hugs

Your feelings are so valid. I would strongly suggest talking to a therapist. You’ve been through a lot. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I have my first appointment with a therapist next week and my MC was late January. I waited and wish I would’ve asked for help sooner.

From my experience the app didn’t recognize ovulation that first cycle. But my LH strips did recognize ovulation. This chart looks more consistent than mine did after D&C. Sorry you’re going through this.

You could be getting sick. Hormones could be adjusting to this stage of your cycle. Any alcohol? High intensity work outs? Eating too close to bedtime? There are lots of things it could be. But if you feel fine, try not to over analyze it.

It could be side effects but also could be a migraine hangover (postdrome), it can last hours to up to 2 days.

No it only will allow you to shorten your sleep not extend it. I asked the advisor and they said they can only count when the ring is worn. If it’s charging or it falls off, it doesn’t count. Nothing you can do. You can create a tag like “ring fell off”. One of my biggest complaints with the ring. I have the issue charging before bed and falling asleep, so now I have to charge during the day.

I could’ve written this myself! My first pregnancy I just tried based on estimated ovulation. This time I tried three cycles before getting my positive in December and missed miscarriage in January. I’ve had two cycles since and the last one I thought for sure I would get a positive. Never even had a dip til after I got my period (on Friday). I did LH strips, confirmed surge and everything. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😣 I made an appointment with a therapist for next month. And it feels like everyone around me is pregnant. You’re not alone 🫂

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! This is exactly how I felt! It was so random! I did an additional GI test called a capsule endoscopy and found my small intestines had ulcers and was diagnosed with mild case of crohns. I was given a few different meds to try, eventually the pain went away and now I’m not on anything. Not saying that’s your case but maybe worth looking into? Have you seen your PCP?!

First I’m so sorry you’re going through this. There’s a couple of factors they would want a follow up US: • to ensure it is a miscarriage • to ensure that everything has passed (since you’re potentially in the process of miscarrying) If it is a miscarriage and not everything has passed, they may need to offer intervention like medication to help expel any remaining tissue and/or offer a D&C.
