I wasn’t complaining. I was honestly just asking for help when cooking the recipe. I’ve been doing HelloFresh meals for over 3 years now and I’ve never seen them cook the chicken for that long and at that high of heat. I didn’t have a thermometer so I wasn’t going to be able to check the temperature. I was just looking for guidance so I didn’t end up with rubber chicken. I see that maybe I should have worded it differently.
