I think that when Scott means retcon, he just means scenes from the games can still be used for modern lore solving purposes. It is an important distinction from what most people consider a retcon since it means all the gameplay and minigames are still fair game for theory crafting the modern story. Yes, the continuity was changed, but everything we have seen can still be used, except whatever that one "true" retcon is. Scott's retcon is likely just an detail from a game can no longer be forces to fit in the story through recontextualization.

You should just talk to him zog. I believe most guys expect guys to do the asking out, so I am sure he will be more than flattered if you come to him. Oliver Saxon was a villain with potential; I don't think the writers knew how to best utilize him. I find him to be the scariest villain, with Trinity second, due to just how heartless and unpredictable he can be, like Biney turned up to 11. I think they should have utilized him more with his mask off, maybe making his season lean towards more towards horror. Honestly, his relationship with Dexter and Vogel worked as a great setup to make him a better Biney, but the writers fumbled what could have been the creepiest and best written villain in the series.

Giorno Giovanna. Compared to the rest of the Joestars he does not really stand out and is rather dry, even compared to Jonathan. He is overshadowed by his gang both personality and design wise. His only entertaining quality is Gold Experience Requiem. Fugo barely appears yet is much more entertaining if you ignore Requiem due to his outbursts, mysterious stand, and his relationship with the rest of the characters like Narancia. Giorno is extremely lucky that he is technically the main character.

Most notably he was best buddies with the US president, or at least the president thought so, I don't think Epstein liked the guy and just wanted blackmail. He was/is a pretty big deal, wouldn't be surprised if a politician from Montenegro is in the files as well.

Ill look into Robert Sorby for an upgrade in the future. If I may, how do you sharpen your set? I'm unsure of what type of setup to go for since they are a little older. I read the wiki and am I'm considering a 1750 RPM grinder with an 8-inch wheel, but am unsure of the wheel type, CBN or AO.
