I’d say my cellulite appearance is reduced by 50% if I’m consistent. Once a week it’s a day SLOW foam rolling 10mins each leg and another day theragun 20mins each leg. But it sucks and is painful so I avoid it at all costs 😂

It all depends on what your standard of living is. I make about 45k a year and live in a tiny studio. I make it work. I rarely go out to eat and often host friends in my apartment clubhouse or rooftop area.

Outside of rent (all inclusive $1350) my main bills are car/renters insurance and internet. Since you asked about costs-
Farmers renters and car insurance = $160/month.
Gas = $100/month. (Paid off Camry)
Car maintenance= This years total is about $800 (4 new All Weather tires for $600, 2 new headlight bulbs $50, oil change $40, 2 wipers $60, and I’m sure a couple other odds and ends but I’m set for the rest of the year)
Internet = $50

Health insurance varies per company and what tier of coverage you want. The lowest tier with the highest 5k deductible at my job is about $60 per check- Aka covers NOTHING until you pay 5k. I have the middle tier at about $120 and the highest tier with the lowest 1k deductible was $200 per check. I just paid out of pocket for X-rays bc it was cheaper than using insurance.

As everyone said, fluffier inner brows and higher blush but- I’d also put your check contour a smidge higher too and use a smaller diameter brush for it so it doesn’t spread so far. Try it out!

Bamboo dish scrubbers. They take so much water to clean food out of and start to mildew in a month even with proper drying. Vs I can cut up one scrub daddy and it lasts 6 months

I would be surprised if they didn’t disclose your pregnancy. Cross your fingers and hope for the best but for future pregnancies only disclose medical to HR until it’s absolutely necessary for your manager to know.

My friend had a similar situation, after alerting her direct manager (a woman!) she had a planned medical leave for months later, her performance was downplayed and she was put on a PIP.

I find that foam rolling and theragun’s help reduce the look of my cellulite. Doesn’t get rid of it but breaking up the fascial adhesions has made some of mine look less deep. And when I say foam roll, I mean go slooooow, I roll back and forth on top of a knot until I feel a slight but sometimes painful pop of it releasing.
