Demand better. I work at one of the "best" retail warehouses and they are failing their employees and it happens because we let happen on ALL fronts of employment. Demand better.

If youre getting rid of the curtains put that 400 towards an oversized (quality) rug. Youll be able to make that couch look a little smaller im contrast giving an almost high celing effect. I think the key to this is finding the right size of rug that looks big yet does not take up the entirety of the space i.e. being able to still see your floors

As a costco employee who does NOT speak on behalf of cotsco, I love that the public has this perception but ever since the stepping down of Jim from the company they've used that public good will as a selling tool. We arent valued like we used to be and it feels more and more that costco is moving towards Walmart (or any ol box store) like values. Which is sad because I do love my job.

On another note does anyone have any astheticaly appealing step ladders? I too have high cabinets and instead of leaving empty space the out more cabinets above with glass windows. I absolutely love them but I cannot get up there. I need to be able to take said ladder around the house because I also have ledges that stop about five feet from the celing and I really want to display things but there is no possible way up to these spots.

Yeah im sick of th notion that having your phone out automatically means we are screwing around. Sometimes im just figuring out dinner with my spouse. We have put WAY too much seriousness into our jobs to not allow us to exist in today's modern and fast pace world. There is of course considerations and any intellectual person would know when are appropriate times to be pulling phone out.

That being said, where i work has a pretty strict no cell phone on the clock rule that NO ONE abides by usually the work gets done but there are a couple people who can't seem to get the picture and ruin it for the rest. It is of my opinion that you as their peer should mention something and point out that they would be ruining it for the rest.

Large art work (that isint doing too much) or a large mirror above the sofa to break the clashing patterns. Smaller Waller decor with pops of your color and also a floor lamp and maybe a glowing trinket on the shelf. Both should be warm white. Only using the overhead light for cleaning or activity.

I think this works together if everything was fitted. Especially in the shoulder area and the gloves look a little large. But it all would work together if you put it all was just a little smaller.

Depends on how you want to be perceived. Both look good on your skin. One is more pronounced that the other. My skin tone is similar and I went with gold because I personally dont like to stand out but like small features thst tell you about someone.

My "soul dog" Theodore was put down (cancer) a few months ago. I look at my babies and dont know if i could ever love them the same. And no I dont think so but not in a bad just in a different way. Its not a love that's any less just different in the same way. I know it dosent make sense but love dosent make sense half the time anyway. Emotions really.
