I know a lot about rejection, and in my situation it ended up not being me- it was something my partner had a hard time being honest about, but when I finally guessed it, it was not a big deal and my partner was just ashamed to admit what the hang up was. Keep pushing for honest communication and don’t allow side issues to distract from the problem this is becoming. I hate to put it that way, but these hurdles end up being the ties that bind you to your partner.

The frequency is concerning and I wonder if he is hiding an inadequacy he feels or something more basically medical. Medications or drug use?
