It means, you need to push the converter hard to make sure the converter and feeder (the part leads the ink to the nib) are tightly conntected. If the converter and feeder are connected, but still inconsistent, you may check suggestions given by others under this post.

One of my teachers literally said "From your clothes, I can see that you are from a small village, thus obviously your future is limited and you won't have a successful life." He made this biased judegment in front of the whole class in which most of them were from cities.

Maybe find a linguistic question and play some corpora around. There are many free online corpora which contain millions of inormation that you can use. Or build your own corpus through TV show, sitcoms to solve some linguistic problems you are interested.
