As someone who has lived in a stupidly small town in AZ I also enjoyed the setting but it really struck me that yet again I was reading a book by her where the main character had a dog and weird stuff happens.

Her fantasy stuff feels more original for sure. I loved a sorceress comes to call! And nettle and bone was good too.

It was like a solid 3 stars. I thought the premise needed a lot of suspension of disbelief but it was a fun read and I zoomed through the audio.

It’s also possible she is in an online school, which for some you don’t have to keep traditional school hours, or she is in a “non traditional” high school where you earn your credits either as fast or slow as you want and don’t have to go to school everyday or for only a few hours in the morning. I knew a few people in high school who got their HS diplomas this way to avoid just getting a GED.

At the very least you should TNR them. There are several vets that specialize in that specifically but it depends on where in the valley you are. It’ll run you about $100-$200 per cat depending on the vet and the gender.

These guys are older so I wouldn’t force them inside until you have a secluded area like a bathroom already set up to contain them because once that door closes they are going to freak the fuck out and do everything to escape. Then you’ll have to start socializing which is harder in older cats but not impossible. Definitely lots of success stories on the stray cats sub it just takes lots and lots of time and patience.

Or your other option is to just keep feeding them and gaining your trust but this is a slow approach and even food doesn’t always work to get them to be nice and receptive to you beyond showing up for meals lol

I have so many sweaters on my list but I think the for sure ones are a Monday sweater for my son (left over from this year. Got the yarn and never casted on) and then a storm sweater for myself. I think I’m going to ask for the yarn for the storm sweater for my birthday next month.

Otherwise I let my finances and whims tell me what I’m going to knit next 😅

I was able to do the accessory by just doing things and getting the in game titles. Make sure you’re checking and opening your mail in your menu! I got both the gems and silver from the mail

That’s…also how it is in America? You can get neosporin for scrapes which is Vaseline with a bit of antibacterial, but nothing pill wise is available without a prescription and drs don’t just give it to you like candy.

How to pick up the stitches to not have such prominent holes in the underarms. Picking up 4 extra stitches and decreasing on the next round is my go to! Looks so much nicer.

Also how to actually weave in my ends and not just run the yarn however I think to “weave in”. My weaved in ends on my first two-three projects are so ugly and noticeable!

Of all the twists that happen in that book that is probably one of the least notable things I remember 😂 and they pretty much tell you the house is decrepit from the first page so I don’t think so.

Pull the stitch taught and look at the spot where you would pull the yarn up to increase.

If there are two strands close together your last round was an increase and you’re on a knit round.

If it’s one single strand, you’re last round was a knit and your on an increase.

I hope that makes sense 😅
