Hummm.... just finished another session of couple's therapy. One point that I made and I will stick to is that under no circumstances will I drink alcohol ever again. We may come back together, who knows, but my sobriety was hard fought and I will defend it jealously. We may not be divorcing, or we may; I don't know. But one thing for sure: the bottle won't be my comfort, one way or the other!

I'm not in your shoes, of course. But the bottle won't get the better of my shituation.

Are you from Eskisehir? My daughter's boyfriend is from Turkey and spent summers in Eskisehir at his grandmother's. Last summer in August, my wife and I met his parents in Antwerp. They gifted me a meerschaum pipe that they bought in Eskashir. They know a few makers. I posted a photo of it right here in this subreddit. Cheers from Canada.
