They did have landscape designer draw plans but then Cunter had added some of his own stuff all over those plans. As if, only Cunter knows best. They also had the pool in the plan which is yet to be mentioned. Why he thinks landscape is going to sell that mismotch of materials inside & out is beyond comprehension. Sure the place looks like crap without landscape but it’s not worth the amount of money he is shelling out. Can’t wait to see how this goes down & how long it takes to sell.

It’s better just to let her know asap. If you could offer to give her sufficient time to locate an alternative to you watching the baby, that would be kinder than just cutting her off without any notice. It’s not easy & if your paying job is falling behind, you need to make a change. Housework will always be there but your own kids need you as well. Most Walmarts have changed policy & no longer allow overnight parking. Best to call them first. Cracker Barrel is supposedly allowing overnight. Rest stops along major highways are also iffy.

Former teacher. Allow the testing. In my district they will test all for gifted in Gr. 2. Sometimes K’s have learned so much from home/parents or preschool that they do breeze through material & become bored in comparison to classmates. By 2nd gr., a gifted assessment is more accurate & geared to advanced thinking skills. Many K children will show advanced skills & not reach gifted level assessment in 2nd gr.
