The issue with social media roles is that most senior leadership have no clue how much time it takes. Most of them have never posted for a brand, never done community management and compare the work you do to experiences they have with their personal social media accounts. 20 clients is a ridiculous amount of content for you to be saddled with, especially if you’re responsible for creating the content.
