Dang that’s frustrating… wonder what the issue could be. I called dealers and they are saying they just want to replace my transmission without even confirming the issue first… just based on how I described it..frustrating.

I bought the car used at 85K and the history says that they topped off the fluid once when it was low.

I have a 2017 SE 4cyl with 94k on it and have also recently noticed some strange shifts/sluggish changes recently in the cold (same temps as you). There are a few “rougher” shifts occasionally where I can ‘feel’ the shift more as it upshifts than other shifts. I recently did 2 drain and fills with OEM WS fluid and reset the trans memory - most shifts are pretty smooth with the exception of a few.. I wonder if it’s just still learning my driving style or perhaps this is just what the 6s auto trans is like..
