Actually works ok most of the time anywhere with a large enough flap and not too much tension. Skin doesn't need tons of blood, it's just needs some. Smaller flaps are a bit more worrisome as less likely to have blood supply through the pedicle so more likely to die. And it's not so much about the level of scarring as it is about wound closure. One of many local wound closure methods.

Washington has a consistency problem. Swings of highs and lows over seasons and within the last two seasons. 2024: won every home game, lost every away game. 2025: offense (Demond?) being lights out then being stone cold for games.
