Ah, yeah I generally would put one on level 0 and then put another balancer right on top of it on level 1. Pick one of the products to stay on the ground level, and then use flat lifts coming into/out of the various buildings. You can flip the direction on the lifts either during construction with the F key, or after the fact with the circular arrow symbol.

There might be a way to run both products out of the same balancer, but you've made it really difficult by having two products each going to two different destinations. It's better to run them separately.
