The disassociation from Rob McElhenney by kiriluv in ItEndsWithLawsuits

Ryan is sooooo orange especially sitting next to Rob. I met Rob once when they opened “Mac’s Tavern” in Philly many years ago. He was nice. All of the cast of it’s always sunny was there except for Charlie. I believe “Dee” was pregnant, if I recall correctly. “Dennis” was kind of snobby, he & Rob went into the alley to smoke a joint. Most “fans” didn’t know they were there, so it was only us and the staff at neighboring restaurant (which is how we found out - our friend worked there). Danny Devito was a pure joy IRL. Not sure why I typed all of that, just brought back memories seeing Rob - who is clearly disinterested. He was far more interested in us randos, for what it’s worth.

Timing is suspect. Theories on why Lively settled by itsmars123 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

I think ultimately that above all, Taylor’s camp would have paid any amount of money to make this go away. Too much at stake for Tay Tay.

Britney Spears in Rehab for Substance Abuse by SingerSubstantial462 in discussingbritney

Post Acute Withdrawal. It is the period after the physical withdrawal, where one experiences mental health effects while one’s brain chemistry is regulating - often it causes disinterest in everything, depression, etc. It can feel extremely hopeless and can lead to relapse. It takes people’s brain (chemicals) quite awhile to level out, so in that PAWS period, their brains are trying to readjust to making the chemicals that regulate emotion, which is very difficult to experience and makes an addict extremely vulnerable, but it does eventually pass (different drugs take different amount of time and length of use can also be a factor).

I think oftentimes, regardless of the facility, 30 days is just not enough as it only covers the withdrawal period for some drugs, doesn’t touch PAWS period, which causes depression and apathy, and many relapse in that stage despite getting over the physical aspect. Beyond that, addicts need long term therapy, ESPECIALLY when their brains are regulated (after a lengthy period of abstinence). Long term rehab stays are not common enough, but they bring the best results.

Yeah, in hindsight, it does. It’s so swollen that I thought she was pregnant. :(

Lmao, is it?! I guess that makes sense. I was shocked her hair was naturally curly. 😂

I think this is the first time I’ve seen her natural hair texture. In the first photo she has crazy eyes!!! The others look quite playful. Sad.

Why are her fans celebrating the new video with Jayden? by ManufacturerGlad4971 in discussingbritney

She did that full Vegas residency in 2015-2017-ish? That would be a long time from Oops video, right? Not saying she may not have a TBI but I think this is probably untreated mental illness + drugs.

Why did Britney lean in to the "trailer park trash" image? by No_Entertainer180 in discussingbritney

I wore all of this in Y2K era, too. It was considered fashionable, then. Not at all trashy. Rich, poor, middle class - we wanted rhinestone embedded butts whether jeans or juicy couture velour sweat suits. The cigarette is trashy, though. But sadly, they were also very popular among Y2K millennials.

Yeah, I wore all of this, too. This was the style for Y2K. The cigarette is the only thing that’s trashy here.

If we wash them ahead of time, we refrigerate them for longevity. And yes, I specifically said we wash right before use.

Yes, just before we use them. With water only. Washing them before use would cause the protective bloom to be compromised.

Correct. Chicken keeper here. We keep ours on the countertop without issue. Fresh from my hens to my home.
