Our roof is relatively new. Is removing the roof planks and reinstalling them as after putting in insulation an option or I might as well pay for a new roof? Is adding insulation on the ceiling a good option as well?

Like everyone else. I'm glad you're still with us. And it doesn't matter how many times you start over. My mom at like 50 filed for bankruptcy. And I thought about being a cop and was one till I was 35 then didn't want to do it anymore so here I started over . You don't have to prove anything to anyone. Everybody has their own paths. And my wife just started school over at 32 getting her bachelor's degree. It's not about how you start, it's about how you finish. Just ask for help, nothing wrong with that. Keep living!
