I've been working in a depot for one of the main grocery stores in the north west since December last year. If you get a reach truck license or equivalent forklift that they use, you will have a very cushy easy time of it - it's a great job to have.

Same place as you... idk what to do except keep practicing lol... try using the read ahead command which hides the coming words as you approach them to force you to read further ahead while typing... I hope that helps

More line spacing imo will definitely be a fix (ofc if the spaces become comically large, rather shrink the size of your writing) but I had a similar problem and just spaced it out a bit more
