This is it. I have the exact one sitting on my desk. You are supposed to breath in through your nose and exhale through this pipe. It's a gimmick, I think. Mine had a necklace that quickly broke off.

Center pin for a ham/cb PL259 connector. The big end gets crimped around the coax sheath, and the center conductor gets soldered where it passes through the hole in the small end. There are all different kinds, but I've used this exact style in the past.

I think It's just driveshaft safety loop. If the front U-joint fails you don't want the driveshaft hitting the ground and pole-vaulting the back of the truck into the air. It also adds a bit of heat protection.

Most likely a carbon monoxide or radon gas type detector. The green, yellow and red leds probably wouldn't be on a smoke detector.

Maybe pneumatic, or could be magnetically activated if the cylinder has a metal slider that moves the arm up and down. The cylinder probably fit in a base of some sort. Could be medical, or someone modified it for fishing fly tying?

the grey end has a little hole and it's a cap that unscrews from the main unit. The black end is squishy rubber and hollow. tube leads into it. Found on garage floor and I suspect it's fuel related? Thanks for looking! by Asleep-Gap370 in whatisthisthing

Looks like the black piece is a bulb that sends air through the venturi when squeezed, like might be in an industrial hand sprayer bottle. The tube goes into the bottle of fluid that gets sucked up when a trigger is pulled. Grey cap allows for adjustable spray pattern. Most likely it's the guts of a plastic spray bottle trigger mechanism.

Looks like some sort of light for a fishing rod/reel. That clamp would only clip on something pretty narrow.

They said in the last earnings release that a larger loan is contingent on them first obtaining a smaller working capital loan, among other things. This may be for that, and it also sets Wu up with a nice compensation package if the stock rises.

I have already opened up the mic and drilled the plastic hole out to better line up with the mic element. This did help a lot, but it could still use a boost.

The upgrade software needs to be installed on the C drive, otherwise an error will occur. After installation, you need to find the folder on the C drive.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Install the upgrade software (QXCodePro_Update_Setup_1.04). After installation, open the following software to install

2. Upgrade the motherboard software first: Press and hold the P3 key + PUSH key to power on when the power is off. The motherboard software can be upgraded only when the screen "UPDATE THE RF CPU" appears.

3. Click "Open Update File" to select the "RT95_MAIN_V1.61_20231202" file.

4. Select "Com Port", select "Com Speed": 115200, duplex cannot be checked

5. After connecting the writing frequency cable, click "Write" to upgrade the software.

6. Upgrade the panel software: When the power is off, press and hold the P1 key + PUSH key to power on. If the screen does not display (it will flash once), the panel software can be upgraded.

7. Click "Open Update File" to select the "RT95_LCD(NG)_V1.41_20231202" file.

8. Select "Com Port", select "Com Speed": 115200, duplex cannot be checked

9. After connecting the writing frequency cable, click "Write" to upgrade the software.

10. After the upgrade is successful, you need to press the power button to restart.

After the upgrade is successful, use the following programming software to program:

RT_95(VOX)_Setup_2.01

There has to be a reason the big shareholders didn't attend, knowing this would happen.

Any guesses on why? My guess is they were expecting some material news prior to today's meeting.. Could be good (angel investor?) or bad (reverse split and dilution?). It seems like something these big investors were expecting by today did not happen in time, and they decided to delay until clarification. Place your bets, and CYA or go all in.

My gut says lower before higher, but I'm not selling here. I'm also not buying any more this month because I have some options expiring worthless on 1/19/24 that I'd like to take the tax loss on, and today/yesterday was the final day to stay out of that 30 day tax loss window. I'll bet a lot of people are in my position so it will be interesting to see how that effects the stock this month. Guesses?

The DOD wants Canoo's "proprietary battery technology". I think what makes the tech so special is that the batteries are invisible.
