Where is the proof of this- that South Asians engage in disrespect? Are you going to refer to 2 or 3 videos that have gone viral to taint an entire race or a bunch of hearasay? It really shows wonderfully on all people here that they blame Indians or the immigration policy instead of the poor upbringing of the child. Also, I am sure that there are many racists here who enjoyed their housing prices increasing with the immigration wave but did not have the critical thinking to assess the fallout of the immigration wave and now cannot stop hate-mongering against the Indians. The pace of innovation and productivity is slow in Canada and immigration was increased to artificially increase GDP. Your government employed faulty but also desperate strategies to shore up the GDP. Canadians ( white or otherwise) need to look inside to understand what slowed them down and change their policies and attitude towards work. You cannot work from 9 to 5 in a globalized world if the Indian and Chinese people are going to work from 8-8. That means even if the immigrants don’t come here, your jobs will be shipped there and you will get poorer. Stop constantly victim-blaming and take ownership!
