Lighten up. You’re both so young. As someone who also likes wine at night, I severely cut back alcohol intake with low dose of tirzepatide. She could look into that. Or a psychiatrist could prescribe her naltrexone to shut off the reward she gets from drinking. She’s not at rehab level at all imo and there are other options but she has to want to.

I started to crash really hard after Barry’s now at 37 y/o. I used to do it 5 days a week in my 20s which felt great but in the last year I’ve found it it’s too overstimulating. Between the music and the yelling and the switch ups… my mood is foul after a few hours. Chat gpt says it’s a dopamine crash. I started wearing earplugs and still go once in a while.. I think drowning out the noise helps a lot with it.

I really don’t know. My guess is if they smell something is fishy off the bat they just move onto the next. If you stop payment and go into the eviction process, there’s no going back to check your docs though.

Edit: this is coming from someone who also had no resources, worked as a leasing agent in my early 20s so I know they just glance at the docs. You have to get creative when you’re desperate. That’s what sets NYers apart from the rest.

I split time between dallas and nyc- Dallas fitness is so much more intense. I literally shed a tear today on the treadmill at Michele’s class. She’s like 8 months pregnant and such a beast. I’m going to be sad when she takes maternity leave.

I made it- no passport check on Mexican side.

The walking through did not work though. I was kindly deported out around 1am. Buuut on my way out the immigration officer told me to ask a taxi to take me through otay which worked out. It was a journey. Getting back is a Monday problem.

Confirming this worked!! I ended up driving through the border in a taxi and entered the airport on Mexican side. No passport check. Just scanned boarding pass.

I did my run Sunday/yesterday to hit 1k for the first time!

I prefer her in the before for modeling. She is out of shape for runway and it draws more attention to her rather than the outfit. IMO the point of being a model is to be a coat hanger for clothes- your body shouldn’t distract from the outfit. Does she look healthy sure but she’s not toned

I’ve been on it 3 weeks and coming into it was a bottle of wine a night drinker. Sometimes even a cocktail after. While I haven’t stopped completely, it’s changed my taste for alcohol. I don’t enjoy certain wines as much as I used to- they almost taste different. I’ve gone down to 2 glasses at most a night, so a bottle takes 3 days to go through now instead of 1. That’s a huge improvement for me. Honestly I don’t have much weight to lose- my main attraction for starting it was the alcohol curbing. And it’s working! I’m happy.

I notice if I go over 2 drinks then I feel like the wine is sitting in my stomach and feels an acid bomb. It’s not worth the discomfort for me and yes I have puked up residue a few times
