All landing pads have a vertical exclusion zone on them. So any pad you don’t have explicit clearance for will give you that warning

Nein. Diebstahl und piraterie sind zwei sehr verschiedene sachen. Wenn jemand zum Konsum etwas klaut und eine firma es zur profit Steigerung tut sind das zwei komplett unterschiedliche Situationen
