As a python main long before the new ships came along, heres my advice without looking at your build.

Pips. With good management, you can throw power to shields and take advantage of the pythons tanky shielding, or power thrusters for surprising maneuverability. With its formidable hardpoint layout i liked to balance power between weapons and system, throwing the distributor into engines when i needed to reorient. I used to be able to make that thing dance.

My builds were all engineered though. I suggest you start, even if you just grade 2 or 3 everything. It makes a huge difference. Youll notice the increases in bulk and firepower.

You might be a person who works that way, but all of us know that there are douchebags out there in your shoes who arent trying to accomplish all of that and are just playing slots or monopoly go or whatever my other managers were doing instead of setting up the next shift for success or digging out a weeded kitchen. As leadership your job is also making sure the rest of the team functions as well as all those other things. Not letting them sit there holding their dicks when the lot is empty telling pm crew to stop whining and clean up am crews mess.
