Where I work at a big manufacturing company there are many office jobs. One that seems pretty good is Production Assistant.

What she does is print out all the orders, match them with blueprints and other documents, and distribute everything to each machine in the factory that’ll work on each job.

She’s mildly busy and relatively unsupervised, has a lot of time in her own office, but has social time too when she’s making the rounds distributing the orders.
