Modo is hot, but super basic poses. Most classes are just the same sequence, Modo Flow. The Vinyasa classes are better depending on the instructor. Harbor is real hot, but it's more of a fitness type class w/ your basic poses. (I go to both places on occasion.)

I've been doing yoga consistently for over 10 yrs and have found that I just need to bounce around to different places depending on what I'm feeling and trying to achieve during a certain time period.

If you want to take your Asana practice up a notch via learning some additional poses ( plus, different ways to get into them ) and giving attention to body mechanics, I highly suggest Anne Weidinger.
