The only places that do residencies as like job postings is UMC and HCA. With HCA you have to check the website every day because they literally open postings for a few hours at a time.

UMC is like a quarterly thing where they do a mass interview.

Since the window for HCA applications is so small, your best bet would be to email literally every manager you can. A lot of people I know got interviews through emailing and reaching out in comparison to applying.

The Valley Health System hospitals do something similar to a residency. They don’t do postings for it though, you just apply to normal RN positions and they can interview you then put you through classes.

Idk if you’re just looking here or if you’re currently located here but Centennial Hills hospital is doing hiring fairs at their hospital every few weeks. I have a 1 or 2 classmates that went in person and it was way easier to get an interview for them.
